I think I am eating too much? Thee weels out!
You've been given great advice here. If I eat until I feel full, I get sick. I have to weigh or measure my food. I would also avoid stuff like crackers and bread, we don't need them. They do nothing good for your body or your weight loss, and they cause cravings. Much later on you can have them, but rarely, and if you do, brace yourself and deal with extra hunger and cravings the next day. BTW 20 pounds in just a couple of weeks is pretty great. Everytime I lose a lot of weight quickly, My body takes a pause and then I start losing again. Bless You

Thank you for the reply! great advice as well. Do you remember how much you would weigh out to eat the first month? I have never had to weigh food so I have no clue! still 4oz? or is it different for weighing?
Thanks! and Bless you too!
All I can say is don't chase the full feeling, either now or years down the road. Right now weigh & measure everything, you are still healing from surgery, nerves have been cut. Your stomach will lie to you right now, don't depend on the eat till I feel full cuz you can end up over eating.
I'd cut out those carbs from toast & crackers & really any refined processed carbs. Carbs are quick energy to the body & it would rather process that rather than work at converting your fat cells into energy. I'm not saying cut out all carbs, but keep them as low as possible.
Finally once you're further out & healed from surgery, I still say don't chase the full feeling. Feeling full to me indicates that I ate too much, it takes awhile for the brain & stomach to catch up with each other. Keep weighing & measuring, just because you can eat more doesn't mean you should.
Good luck to you.
