What cha eating today, VSGers? - Tuesday
Hi all,
I thought I'd start this as Gwen hasn't yet. I think Tuesday is her long day at school.
Breakfast - salmon
lunch - chicken and broccoli
lunch2 - crack slaw
dinner - harvest chicken salad
water and vitamins - good
exercise - not so much

Haha. I either didn't see this when I started it, or we posted at the same time! It IS my long day at school. Well, my long night at school. I don't leave for school until around 3pm.
My partner's surgery went really well yesterday and he got to go home! Yay rah! I was totally exhausted, slept very soundly, and opted for extra sleep this morning instead of running. Even though it's gorgeous outside right now :)
1: protein shake
2: leftover Indian food
3: leftover steak quesadilla or protein bar - depends on class/hunger/etc.
4: POPCORN! (I forgot there's a debate tonight! And I think it starts after I get home from college which means I'll get to watch. YAY!)

Two weeks from today we leave for Vegas! I have to be a good eater for these two weeks so I'm ready to splurge a little while I'm there. Thankfully we don't usually eat more than two or three times a day when we are on vacation, other than the 12 hour car ride each direction, so that will help. Today has been good so far.
B: cheese and crackers and some popcorn
L: chili
D: spaghetti sauce with hamburger
S: nuts if I need them on my long drive home
V: in progress. My iron is very low so I need to remember to take these
E: spin/strength class this morning
W: so far so good
B - Dannon light & fit Greek yogurt with 2 strawberries and 2 T bear naked granola
S - P3 pack
L - work lunch out - ordered a turkey club without bread(brought 1/2 home)
S - skipped-after lunch we went to Breakout (we did make it out with only a minute and a half to go! Had a great time.)
D - Egg, turkey bacon and cheddar omelet
W - good
V - all taken
E - walked this morning and had a lot of activity after lunch (over 10,000 steps for the day)
