Whatcha eating today? Thursday, 9/29/2016
Its raining here again so i didnt dare to walk today because yesterday i took a walk in the afternoon and half way I got caught in the rain so i took the shortcut home.
B egg white and 1 whole egg ham and cheese omelet and string cheese
L cottage cheese and vegetable chili
D roast beef and sliced carrots
S greek yogurt, turkey sausage snack sticks, and apple
W & V on track
E walk away the pounds dvd
Have a good evening
B: Just wasn't hungry at all :(
L: 2.5 oz salmon, 2T mashed potatoes (business lunch at chili's)
D: 1/4 c Black Bean hummus, 1 oz mozzarella cheese
S: coffee with cream and protein powder

Today was a total bust for me. I was stress eating all day. I was a nervous stressed wreck all day.I had a job interview and on the plus side, I got the job with better pay and benefits. It's night shift and that is a bummer but it is a really good pay increase. Yeah me! Tomorrow is another day and I'm going to get it right tomorrow.

Breakfast- 2.5 ounces of ceviche then later in the morning I drank a large coffee with 2 individual french vanilla creamer. No sweetener.
Lunch- 1 Jack In the Box taco and 5 french fries I stole from my son (I know.. I know..)
Snack- 2 ounces of turkey breast sandwich meat wrapped around 1 cheese stick
Dinner- 2.5 ounces of ceviche
Snack- 2 hard boiled eggs
Later snack- I ate 10 pretzel M&M's (I know.. I know..)
Total calories- 909
Protein- 70 grm
Carbs- Too MANY!!!! 60 grm :/
Vitamins- yup
Water- of course
Exercise- Leg exercises with my 13 year old son
