Hi! I'm so very ready for this weekend! Headed to Jackson, Wy for a soccer tournament but we are also going to float down the Snake River through Grand Teton National Park. I haven't done that in probably 25 years!

B: 1/2 protein shake made of my homemade kefir, 1/2 banana, 1/2c bluberries, flaxseed, cacao powder, pb2 and 1 scoop genepro
L: 2 oz melted mozzarella cheese blended with cooked poblano chile with hot sauce (like a chile relleno but no breading)
D: 2 mini cauliflower pizza (basically oven baked cauliflower disks, with pizza sauce and mozzarella on top.)
S: rest of protein shake

Liquids: 64 oz watermelon infused water
Vits: Multi vit patch, b12, calcium citrate chews 500mg x 2, biotin pill
