Whatcha eating today? Monday, 9/19/2016
Yesterday's race was AWESOME and I'm super proud of myself. Today, I hurt :P Any my weight is up 2lb. Last year after this race my weight was up 4lb! I know this isn't "real" weight gain, so I'm not worried. It'll be gone in a few days.
1: protein shake
2: leftover chicken cordon bleu dip

exercise: yoga for hips and back

Glad the race went great Gwen! I'm still at 2 1/2 Tbs max for solids, so today I'm having:
B: Protein shake
S1: Tuna salad
L: Ricotta cheese w/ meat sauce
S2: String Cheese
D: Pulled pork
S3: Greek yogurt
Liquids: I still struggle with
Vites: Always great b/c of the patch!
Exercise: Will be something indoors since we are gonna get rain all week!

Feeling very lazy today for some reason.
Apparently my 5:45 am Monday yoga class at the local YMCA is going to just be a private lesson for me since no one else shows up to the class except me and the instructor. And I am ok with that!
B: Oikos triple zero coconut creme (must admit, i like the dannon light and fit greek better)
L: 2oz low sodium roast beef, 1oz cotswold cheese
D Basil pesto chicken sausage (1 link), a tiny bit of roasted tomato with thyme, shallot, garlic, proscuitto and feta
S: coffee with a little premier caramel protein drink as the "creamer"

Water - on track
Exercise - YOGA day! and some resistance band work tonight
Private yoga training! People pay top dollar for that - lucky you :D

The eggplant dish sounds excellent. I'm going to give it try soon

dinner - ground beef and cabbage
snack / meal 4 - Dijon lime chicken
I'm waiting for my car at the dealership, and I'm really hungry, but I should be home soon and able to eat.
