I had a fasting blood draw this morning and woke up feeling hungry and nauseous. Now that I can eat, I still feel icky.
B: Premier Protein Shake
S. Light N Fit Greek Yogurt
L. Leftover Chile Relleno Casserole
S. Beef Jerky
D. Not quite sure... either a gumbo recipe I found on pinterest or spaghetti squash with meatballs
W: Work in Progress
V: Just remembered I needed to take them
E: Cardio and weight lifting at the gym
On a side note, I am going to the fair this weekend... I am hoping to resist ALL the bad food.... I can do it!
So excited for the weekend! My hubby and I are headed to Denver for a car show and the Bronco game on Sunday! It'll be a difficult eating weekend, but I've done pretty well lately and I'm almost back down out of the 150's!
B: breakfast was on the fly this morning so it was some cheese with a few crackers. I just can't eat cheese without something else.
L: leftover chicken and jalapeño cheese sauce
D: who knows! I think we're leaving tonight, so we'll be out somewhere. I usually eat steak when we eat out.
W: ontrack
V: forgot
E: walking with my student. We are going to Teton Park for a school trip in about a month that will involve a lot of hiking so I'm trying to build up his stamina, so we will be walking at least a mile a day and doing stairs to get ready. I'm hoping to get him up to 3 miles a day.
Have a wonderful day and weekend!
Today was a good day for me. I am hopefully back on track after weeks of slipping.
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - chicken sausages
Dinner - ground beef and cabbage casserole
