S - Avocado and Maybe a protein bar as I have a workout this afternoon
D - Not sure yet, have a work event so probably chicken wings
S - Protein Shake
V - forgot them today, been really bad lately
W - Slow but getting there
E - 3 mile walk this morning and Orange Theory this afternoon
B - 1/3 cup gluten free oatmeal with cinnamon and 1/4 of a banana, 1 oz turkey sausage patty
S - protein bar
L - 2 oz tuna salad on 1 oz baby spinach with vinegarette
S - low fat string cheese with 0.25 oz slim jim
D - shrimp ****tail
V - on track
W - on track
E - walked 3 miles this morning, planning on working out at gym after dinner

E: A very strenuous bout of supermarket shopping. It was an unfamiliar store. I must have gone up and down those aisles at least three times till I found everything I needed.
