Whatcha eating today? Monday, 9/12/2016
B - Dannon light and fit greek caramel apple pie yogurt - this was so much yummier than I expected
L - chicken breast and muenster cheese, 3 slices pickle
D - jerk seasoned tilapia and steamed broccoli
S - 2 wedges light laughing cow cheese
Water - behind, need to catch up
Vitamins - on track
Exercise - 1hr of yoga this morning, resistance band work tonight

B: 2 scrambled eggs with a couple slices of turkey and reduced fat cheddar garnish
L: Piece of chicken breast with a few green beans and a tiny serving of cherry greek yogurt
D: Didn't have time because work was too busy. This would've never happened pre-op, because I would've eaten it in my car on the way home or made up for it in some other way, but I wanted/needed water more than food after work. It was supposed to be turkey breast and some cheese curds.
Water and Vitamins: Yup.
Exercise: Walked 2.75 miles before work.
