Last psych appointment
Hey all! I had my last psych appointment today and she cleared me to have the surgery! Then I had my pulmonary appointment and my lung function is just fine. It should be smooth sailing from here until my surgery, sometime in November. Just another dietician appointment in two weeks then another physical activity appointment after that and I should be good. I'm having trouble with getting exercise in, besides the steps I get in at work, so today I joined a gym that I've had great success at when it comes to motivation to get in and do some cardio. I'd like to be down a total of 20 pounds at my next dietician appointment in two weeks. I'm closing in on 15 pounds down right now.
