Whatcha eating today? Monday, 9/5/2016
It's Monday again - it's a three day weekend for my family, so we're having friends over for grilling of meat.
1: protein shake
2: leftover frittata (I'll be sad when this is gone)
3: carne asada, various salsas, corn, tortillas for people who want them #tacosoneverycorner
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: nothing formal planned - future Mondays will be weight days!

Hi All,
I did my holiday celebrating this weekend, so I'm back on the straight and narrow again today.
Breakfast - salmon
snack - 2 left-over pork sausages - so much for the straight and narrow!
Lunch - chicken with Dijon and lime
Dinner - chicken with apricots and greek olives - the last serving - yum...
water and vitamins - on track
exercise - lots of housework to get the house back in shape after entertaining this weekend - but still not motivated to do real exercise... sigh

Hi all. Newbie here. I've been reading for over a year and finally decided to jump in and speak up. I'm 4 weeks post-op.
Breakfast: 1 egg scrambled
Snack: 4oz protein shake
Lunch: shrimp
Snack: soft cheese stick
Dinner: Greek Yogurt
Evening snack: cottage cheese
Water & Vitamins on track
Exercise: house cleaning

I've been waiting to join in on this. I've learned so much from reading this. First day of real food.
Day 4 post op, still working on it.
Breakfast: 1/4 c yogurt,1tbsp skim milk, 1 tbsp. applesauce
Snack: 1/2 c premier shake.
Lunch : 1/4 cup strained cream of chicken soup made with skim milk, 1 tbsp. unflavored protein powder (best thing I've tasted in weeks)
snack : 1 cup premier shake
Dinner : 1/4 cup 1% cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. apple sauce,1 tbsp. skim milk
snack : 1 c heated premier shake
liquids Good
all vitamins and other pills taken
B: a few townhouse crackers - we are getting a new fridge and purging until it comes... no food in the house!
L: went out with my son - steak wraped in a spring roll wrapper with cheese
D: 1.5 soft boiled egg with 1/2 english muffin
S: ice cream with jimmies : / (I'm trying to empty the freezer ;) lolol)
E: walked 10K steps, L: yes, V: :(
