Whatcha eating today? Sunday, 9/4/2016
I've been completely exhausted these past days and I don't know why. It's very frustrating since this term has just started and I fear this exhaustion will last until December. I hope that it's just getting used to new schedules and a different work load. But, seriously you guys, I went to bed at 9:45 last night! (I wake up at 6:30am every day.) I think I'll be going to bed early again tonight. If it continues, I'll talk to my doc about it when I see her later this month.
1: protein shake
2: leftover frittata! (I kind of want to make frittata every week, since it's my favorite leftover food for lunch.)
3: sausage, sun-dried tomato, and basil pasta - I haven't made this in forever, but Art requested it. A scan of the recipe tells me I can add the pasta at the end, which means I'll scoop out some of the sausage mixture for myself before adding pasta for the guys. I'm also making a tomato and zucchini bake to use up some produce from the farmers market. I'll have a bite of it.

exercise: w1d3 of 5k training, some amount of yoga stretching plan afterward
