I could use another 10 hours of sleep, since my week has been exhausting. Maybe I'll just go to bed really early tonight!

3: slow cooker pineapple chicken - in burrito form for the guys, just the innards for me
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: I had planned on lifting this morning, but my back is unhappy, so I'm either going to skip or do it later in the day.

Happy holiday weekend. It will be fun, but not so good for the diet!
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - chicken with Dijon and lime
Dinner - meatballs and spaghetti squash and salad (Family visiting)
snack - fruit
water - always good
vitamins - like clockwork
exercise - mostly cooking and cleaning - still not motivated!

Grandson is with his grandpa and me this weekend, so lots of junk food on the boat. I can keep away from it for 3 days. It's when he's with us for 1-2 weeks at a time that my carb monster sometimes gets its way.
