My 3 week stall is going on 3 weeks.
Three pounds in three weeks isn't a stall. :) You'll be fine - stick to your plan and you'll lose the weight.

I was sleeved the same day as you and I had to come up here yesterday and vent for the exact same reason. My stall started the same time and my scale actually moved up but now it went down a tad but still not where it was. I try not to fret too much because I know it's temporary. However, it is still soooooo frustrating! We both just need to hang in there and know this too shall pass!

If the scale is moving downward it is not a stall. I stall is when you lose zero weight for a month. We don't lose weight every week. Weight loss happens in a stair step pattern. We lose some, the stay the same weight for awhile, then lose a little more, rinse and repeat.
If the scale is stressing you out, stay off of it. Try tracking progress by measuring your body. The scale may stay the same while you are losing inches.

You will not lose weight every day. Hell, you won't lose weight every week. Most people see a lot of loss in the first week or two, but it doesn't keep up at that speed; it's a slow, realistic 1 - 2lb per week.
"Officially" speaking, a stall is a period of 4+ weeks with no change in weight nor in measurements.
We didn't gain our weight in a day, we certainly won't lose it in a day either-- even with surgery.

I had the same issue! The other posters are correct, we aren't going to lose weight every week...... but it is frustrating!
Just be patient, put the scale away, drink water, try to do some exercise, etc. The scale will be moving again soon.

I lost 11lbs right after surgery in week one, then didn't lose anything- zero- for 3 1/2 weeks. I get it- thought I was going to lose my mind....how could I not lose when I was barely eating? Fast Forward...look at my ticker...stick with it and it will happen. there were many plateaus in my weight loss phase, you just have to ride them out....
