Happy September. Hard to believe, eh? It certainly doesn't feel like Fall is almost here in the great state of Maryland.
I'm not entirely sure about meals today since I'm in class from 4-7:15 on Tu/Th and have a 45 minute drive before and after. I think my plan is to eat a protein bar as soon as I get on campus before class and then eat something light when I get home in the evening. We shall see. On Tu I didn't eat prior to class and that was BAD, so I can't repeat that.

I forgot my vitamins again this morning and I'm behind on water. I'm going to try a TRX class tonight.
Fall is my favorite time of year, and I can't wait for it to feel like Fall here!
B: breakfast was rough this morning - I tried to do a protein shake (Jay Robb strawberry whey protein, made with water, ice and a few strawberries) and it turned out really foamy and wouldn't go down well. So 30 minutes later I ate 2 egg whites and a slice of canadian bacon.
L: 2-3oz chicken, some baby carrots and snap peas

S2: greek yogurt of some kind
D: 2-3oz chicken, with pb2 satay sauce

Happy September, indeed! I can't believe how the time is flying by.
I'm back on the straight and narrow today after two days of entertaining and being entertained. I threw caution to the wind yesterday, and grazed in the evening. (I'm so angry with myself - if I was going to blow it, I should have gone for a big piece of chocolate cake or cheese cake --- but to blow it for nuts and humus and crackers was a waste.)
but in any case, I'm back on track today.

dinner - Dijon lime chicken
snack - if needed - mediteranian chicken
vitamins - on track
water - good
exercise - just housework.

I gnawed on two pieces of stale garlic bread yesterday, Cappy. When the carb monster bites, it doesn't care what it bites on.
