Whatcha eating today? Wednesday, 8/31/2016
Yesterday I did 2 exercise classes, which is a really big deal for me!
B: baby bel cheese and a few crackers
S: oatmeal cookie in the kitchen at school and a wedge of laughing cow cheese and a couple crackers
L: pork spare rib, Dannon light and fit if I need more
D: I'm making the kids fettuccine Alfredo. I'll probably just have some chicken.
W: 24 ounces so far
E: rest day. I may do some exercises at home
I haven't been taking my vitamins, I need to remember to do that. I've really fallen off the wagon in a lot of ways and I need to get back on track.
You have this wyo_sarah! I come to the forum to hold myself accountable and so I do not get complacent. Please try to get back on program and take your vitamins!
I am so fortunate that we are partners in a restaurant and can enjoy healthy delicious food the chef makes!! I love that I can take home 3/4 of my meal for breakfast and lunch the next day!!
snack- 1/2 chocolate protein shake
breakfast- leftover baked salmon 3 oz. with a little spinach
lunch- leftover chicken balsamic 3 oz
dinner- blackened salmon over spinach with hot Italian peppers
snack- the other 1/2 of chocolate protein shake
Vitamins- great using bariatric patches for iron and calcium the rest chewable
exercise- great. Going to the gym every morning. Feel great since I have lost 35 lbs
liquid- good.

S: 1/4 Quest bar, egg white
D: 3 oz chicken, 1/4 c mixed veggies

B 60 ounces unsweetened iced tea( It was really hot and I wasn't hungry. On a side note, I bought a yeti tumbler. Why didn't I do this months ago. It keeps my drink cold all day in a hot car. It's GREAT.)
L pb naure valley protein bar, 2 ounces chicken breast grilled with 1 tablespoon black beans
D 2 ounces chicken breast with stewed tomatoes onions and jalapenos and 1/2 potato.
S. Chocolate protein shake with tbsp heavy cream
E No too tired( I really need to get back on track. I stopped exercising on vacation 2 weeks ago)
