So, um, school started this week for me and I had been thinking "woo! Only three credits (plus 2 labs), I'll have so much free time!!" Yeah.. not when one of the three is Anatomy and Physiology. I do think I'll have time to reclaim my exercise schedule, which I'd abandoned mostly back in February due to my dad's health and my first Anatomy class, so at least that's something, right?
Still trying to figure out the whole eating thing for Tuesdays and Thursdays since I'm in class from 4-7:15pm with no breaks and can't eat/drink during that time due to RULES.
1: protein shake
2: deviled eggs maybe?
3: frittata! (Eggy day.)

I had a lovely evening with friends last night, but it was centered around food - Not so good for the diet. I'm having friends over for dinner tonight, so today won't be too good, and the labor day weekend is upon us, with BBQ's and friends visiting from out of town. But I'll get back on track after the holiday.
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch -chicken with Dijon and lime
Dinner - Chicken with apricot and Kalamata olives and salad with fruit for desert.

exercise - still unmotivated... sigh

Gym night last night, 3 miles on the elliptical , leg night and then finished with a 10 minute mile on the treadmill.

Exercise - night off at the gym, I will have at least 10,000 steps today.

Beef is my favorite as well, perfect portion and convenient! and 68 cents at Walmart! LOL
Buddig is a brand of deli meat. They make small 2 oz packages of deli meat that are the perfect size for a snack or when on the go. I find them at Walmart or any of my local grocery stores, usually with the prepackaged deli meats.
Day 1 of getting back on track was a SUCCESS!!! 800 calories, 65 gr protein and 1 1/2 hour of dance class. Taking it one day at a time!!!
