What cha eating today, VSGers? - Sunday
Hi All,
Happy, healthy Sunday to you all. I'm going out to lunch to the British Beer Company (Is that a nationwide chain? or just around here?) and plan on getting steak tips and French fried green beans. so yummy - but not on plan! But I'm allowed an occasional splurge when I'm in maintenance mode.
Breakfast - holding off till lunch.
Lunch1 - steak tips and fried green beans.
Lunch2 - salmon
Dinner - chicken with Dijon and lime
vitamins - like clockwork!
water - never an issue anymore
exercise - sigh - I've been lazy lately. I'm at my goal weight, and not motivated... sigh
How about you? What are you eating today?
Carol

I've been fluctuating up and down a few lbs and still at a reasonable weight, but I don't like going up - at all. And I want my small winter pants to fit - so I'm trying to get back on stricter track than i have been
B: 2 cups of tea and an iced coffee, slice of deli ham
L: Idk, i made some eggplant, but I usually over do it with wheat thins - so i may avoid this and go for a tomato and mozz
D: i'm making sauce from the garden tomatoes and planning on stuffing shells - I will mostly eat the filling- ricotta, mozz, romano ...is it dinner time yet????
S: I have been out of control with ice cream so I bought some no sugar added fudgesicles - a good alternative
E: plan to walk
V/L will do fine

D: maybe a bit of meatloaf or some cheese- it will probably be more of a late snack than a meal
Water: On track- I'm shooting for 100oz, halfway there
Vitamins: On track
Exercise: does being on my feet all day count?

Just got back from a weekend at the National Harbor in the District, where a group of us celebrated a good friend's birthday. I didn't post what I ate yesterday because I didn't bring my computer, not because I had a day of unwise eating -- quite the opposite actually.
Today,
B: Coffee w/tablespoon half & half
L: Cup of Maryland crab soup, 2 saltines
D: Orange chicken, dab of rice, green peas w/onions.
S: No snacks on board; will do without
V&W: On track
E: Window shopping at the National Harbor this morning. It's a pretty big place!
