2 oz really do "fill" you up!
Pre-surgery, in my mind, there was absolutely NO WAY 2 oz was supposed to fill me, a grown woman up! But my, what a difference a VSG can make . I've only been on pureed food for 3 days and most times I can't even get 2 oz down. So for the ones who are pre-op and have the same thinking, it really will.

Yes, those 2 oz are no joke. I was enjoying my egg this morning. It took me about an hour to get down half. It's crazy who would have thought.

IKR! It's funny because it is already changing my thinking. Before I would fill my plate just to see how much I could eat. Now it's the opposite. I know I am early out but hopefully it sticks!
It took me about 6 months before new normals kicked in.....
Quality over quantity is key for long term weight management.
