6 weeks post op and thrilled!!
Hi all, had my appointment with my surgeon yesterday and I have lost 30 lbs since surgery!! I was shocked and thrilled. I have accomplished in 6 weeks something that would usually take me 5 months to do....though the difference is I have lost the same 30 pounds probably 10 times. It's so great to know that I can continue to lose with this wonderful tool. I am so happy and feel so in control of my weight loss. I measure everything and only eat 3 meals a day. I often go out but always separate what portion I am going to eat then take the rest home for another day. I also think keeping a food journal has been extremely helpful. I have walked and last week joined a gym watching the weight come of is so inspiring!!! Good luck to all of you....I love my sleeve!!!
