Thank you all for your prayers.  Surgery went well just pretty sore afterwards.  They had to remove a lot of scar tissue from my previous surgery.  But finally feeling good and getting the drinking and protein down.   Tomorrow I will be back at the gym.  Only to walk on the treadmill or do the elliptical slowly!! (Since it so hot!!)
