First of all Welcome! I think you need to stick around and see what everyone else is eating. You can learn so much from this site. Also there is a search function top right. As far as what you are eating, Just because you can doesn't mean you should. I would measure everything you eat. I wouldn't eat more than 2 oz. just to be sure you aren't causing damage that you can't feel. You are as far along as me and I'm on soft food stage, eggs, tuna salad, cheese, ground meat, anything you can mash with a fork. I would stick with protein for maximum weightloss. There are tons of recipes around here.

My stomach hurts reading that. How about some protein instead? Some people have great luck with cooked, unbreaded shrimp or flaky whitefish. Maybe a bit of deli meat sliced thin or even cottage cheese, but dump the carbs.

I promise this is not a troll i had my surgery on july 30th. so what if I just only needed to lose 35 lbs? it was my decision and I was sick of losing weight and gaining weight all over again.
I'm sorry but no reputable doctor even if the person self pays would perform surgery on someone who only had 35lbs to lose. That is just crazy. No insurance would pay for surgery with such a low BMI.
