199!!! 2nd goal reached!
How good it feels to see a 199 on my scale for the first time in years!! I am just over 4 months post op and so far my journey has made my self esteem soar and even though I still have a ways to go to reach my final goal it pleases me to see that I have made this much progress. Before my surgery I kept saying that if I can just get myself out of the 200s I will be a happy camper and my confidence will be off the charts. Well today is the day I get to continue my weight loss journey only without seeing that dreaded 2 as the first digit. You can do it too! Just believe in yourself and have patience.
Congratulations! I'm so looking forward to a weight that doesn't start with a 2, even if I still can't make myself stop writing weight that starts with a 3... (I'm 230, you'd think it'd be less than 70 pounds to teach me that, but nope. I suspect I'll still be doing it at goal...)
Program Start Weight 346 | Surgery Weight 282 | CW 217 | 5'-6.3"
High Weight 376, about a year before program. I gave up diet pop(and all pop), dropped 30 pounds without trying, and kept it off. Now convinced Carbonated Beverages. Are. Evil.

Woohoo! Congrats! Can't wait to be there with you! :)

Very happy for you and I know exactly what you mean about seeing that dreaded #2 on the scale. 18 more lbs to go and I'll be right there with you. Keep up the good work.
