Do you wait between water and protein drinks?
Is it necessary to wait 30 minutes (or whatever length of time you were told) between drinking water and drinking a protein drink? My life would be a lot easier if I didn't have to have that 30 min. window of no ingestion of water on either side of my protein drink. Thanks all!
No, neither water nor protein drinks engage your pyloric valve in any significant way, so there is no reason to wait between them.

You need to wait 30 minutes after solid food, not beverages. :)

I dont. I go from one to another. Someone above me is correct about pyloric valve. Sometimes I may feel some fullness from my protein shake so I'll wait, but if I dont feel that I just keep sippin it or water :)
