morning nausea
on 7/31/16 6:50 am - WI
Even 6 years out, I still have nausea every morning. I have a theory on that. I think it may be related to dehydration from not drinking through the night as you sleep. As soon as I get a fair amount of fluid (first thing in the morning) I feel better.
My vitamins used to make me nauseous. Is it after you take your vitamins?

In all seriousness, though, if there's ANY chance you might be pregnant it would be a good idea to snag a test. Fertility goes through the roof after WLS!

VSG 2013, RNY conversion 2019 due to GERD. Trendweight here!
I am 2 months post VSG and I am nauseous every morning still. I haven't "eaten" breakfast at all since sugery. Still doing protein shakes for breakfast, 4 oz in about 30 minutes. I tried to actually eat something a few times for breakfast and got more sick. I'm used to it now. The rest of the day I am fine.
