GOAL with my first ever pictures!!

Today was the day...I stepped on the scale and I have reached my personal goal of 100 pounds since surgery! A total weight loss of 120 pounds from when I entered the bariatric program. I am more scared of maintenance then I was of surgery or weight loss but ready for this next step and SO grateful. Thanks to everyone on here for the support!!! I hate pics of myself but figured a before and after was in order!

Highest Weight: 268 pounds. Surgery Weight 248 pounds. Current Weight 142 pounds. VSG 8/24/15 with Dr. Havaleshko

Tip for maintenance.... always eat small, preserve/protect your restriction for the long haul.....
