Concerned Friend

My doc has me taking 2 Flintstones Complete each day.  I will also be on liquids/soft foods for nearly 2 months. I feel fine. 

I used Costco kids chewable for years. took a double dose as per doctors orders. My complete vitamin panel has always been fully normal. I see no harm in soft foods for two months.  Even when i went to chicken I ground it up.   GL to your friend.  diane s
