what a wonderful success story. I am so happy for you. Congratulations on your success.
I started at 385 pounds and a BMI of 60. I'm now 3 years post op and maintaining at 162 pounds - a normal weight. I never would have believed it possible that I would be a normal weight again.
You've done an amazing job losing so much weight before surgery. That speaks to your dedication. I'm sure you will lose all the weight that you want to and succeed in maintenance.
Congratulations again. You are an inspiration.

Good year for sure. I'm glad you've made humor of your skin, I'm learning to as it continues to come off the more bat wings I get. Hair loss... that's been so fun too. But yeah know, it's still better no matter what. The rest will fix itself or I can get a nip tuck later I guess. But I'm not super fat anymore. I'm wearing jeans that I've not worn since high school. God I wish I wasn't going to turn 40 this year, I wish I'd done this for myself years ago. However it took me till now because till now was when the time was right.
