B-Complex Vitamin
Most B's are water soluble.. but B6 - is not... B6 can reach toxic levels very fast and can cause nerve damage. Permanent nerve damage. if multi and other vitamins / minerals have B6 - that ca add up.
Most docs don't test for B6.
BTW: kirkland calcium citrate has B6... so if you take that and multi and then B complex - be careful you don't overdue.

We have been getting the same warning on B6 toxicity from my doc's program as well, with the specific warning about the Kirkland calcium citrate combined with other sources of B6. They have seen some indications of it from their patient population.

Is there an amount of B6 to be concerned for?
I just looked at my multi, my B complex and my calcium citrate. My multi has 4mg and my B complex has 50mg, is that approaching the amount of too much?

Ask your doc. I am not medical professional; (I am just a vet that lives with WLS for the last 8+ years...)
