Me Too!!!!
Summer is rough, lot going on..
temptation and lack of motivation are killing me!!!
know what I NEED to do...
just refuse to do it...
Up 15lbs from where I want to be...
I kick my own ass about it constantly, yet,
I keep doing the same bad things, over and over again!
my willpower is shot!
putting crap I don't even care for in my mouth...SMH!!!
Start planning your food for the day. If you go through it too fast, you are just done for the day. This helps me when I start to struggle with grazing. Also, if you have not done so already purge your house of any crap food.

I agree, plan plan plan your food and stick to it. I give myself 3 meals and 2 snacks a day and do not touch food any other time. I also plan and commit my food to a friend every morning for accountability.
Ive lost 60 lbs of regain by cutting out the junk and not grazing. It's pretty simple but it does require effort to get through the tough moments of temptation.

I SO needed to see this today! I have gained back 60 pounds in the last 2.5 years, and I had given in to feeling powerless over it. I really like your idea about planning food and committing to that plan with an accountability partner - so smart!
One of the things I've been struggling with is that my husband brings trigger foods into the house... I've started to be more clear in asking for his help on this issue. I met him at my lowest weight, so I don't feel like there are any issues of intentional sabotaging. I think he just doesn't "get" how hard this is for me.
Thanks again for the inspiration!
