1 Year Surgiversary -- 52 weeks
It was a year ago today that I went under the knife. Not only did this surgery save my life it forever changed me into the exercise crazed maniac I am now.
I still HATE to walk but I love biking and go for a 4-6 mile ride every day. I have also been lifting weights to build more muscle and to somewhat tone up the sagging skin. Oy!
I went into this VERY wary of the life that I would have and I am thankful of what I have now. Just trying to find a teaching job. Other than that am planning a trip to Cedar Point to ride some Roller Coasters and do some SERIOUS walking that day.

Way to go! :) Roller Coasters sounds amazing!
