Protein Sample Sources
Hey all, its been quite a long time since i have posted here. Doing well. My wife is schedule for surgery in 1 week so I am doing her pre and post op diet routine with her. I have been out of the game for a while. What are some good sources for protein samples. I am not looking for free but wouldn't suck either, but my wife will get sick of protein a lot quicker than I did, so I need to get a lot of flavors/brands in her hands to try.
Hope everyone is doing well.
Thanks!
Hi Keith,
Welcome Back! Congratulations on your wife's upcoming surgery. A lot of us drink Premier Protein shakes. It so happens there is a free giveaway going on. Check it out.

Thank you for your suggestion. We actually have a case in the fridge this week for the liquid pre-op phase. Premier is not my favorite brand. Its a good place to start and it does have 30g of protein, but it has a lot of chemicals in it too.
Thanks for the well wishes. Hopefully you will see more of me on here now that I am helping her out. I am in a weight loss phase now too, so every little bit of help is a blessing.

Hi Keith - great to see you back here! I've been wondering about you, as I am in the process of becoming a 'regular' again.......trying to string together as many days as I can of clean eating. Bufflehead mentioned some of the best sample sources. I remember learning about Nashua Nutrition from you, and ordered my protein powder from them for quite some time. Have experienced a bit of regain, but I've got my head back in the game.
Your wife is blessed to have you in her corner. Best to you both!

These aren't free but I have purchased with them. This link is for whey protein isolate. 4 pages of choices.

syntrax nectar had a sample pack but I couldn't find it. Seems like it had 10 flavors. They also make a medical grade unflavored.
