64 oz ?
Any liquid that you ingest, including your protein shakes, counts as a liquid. Sugar free popsicles also count as a liquid. Broth and tea count as liquids.

Keep on sipping! You might want to confirm with your dietitian or doctor just in case. My dietitian doesn't like to count my shakes towards water goal. Maybe because I am working out? Not sure, but just try to get as much liquid as possible. I aim for 64 or pure water which it is hard sometimes, but do-able. Good luck and keep up the good work!

Does any one kbow a list of liquds that count torwards your 64 oz i beleive i am getting close but hospital says really dehidrated i dont know what i am doing wrong
If the hospital says you are really dehydrated, you are not even remotely close to getting enough fluids.
64 ounces is just a general guideline. If you are close tp 64 but still dehydrated, you might need 100 ounces, or 120. I feel like crap if I "only" get 120 ounces. I average over 200 ounces a day.
Drink, drink, drink. All day.

This is great to hear. I'm hitting 64 oz and still pretty dehydrated. Struggling to hit even this number unless I literally drink constantly during my waking hours, but I'm only 3 weeks post op.
