New Food Product
I just tried the Jimmy Dean Delights Frittatas. 140 calories per frittata,7 grams of protein,2 sugars. I liked them. Convenient when I'm in a hurry. I tried the turkey sausage and bacon ones. Looking forward to trying the other flavors

This is just a suggestion, long term try to move away from processed foods and go more for foods you make. I totally understand the on the run concept but it will pay off. Try and plan your meals for a week out and do all your cooking and meal storage on the weekend.
Congrats on your surgery!

Of course you're right and almost all of my food (except for protein drinks) are meals that I prepare myself, but sometimes I just want something different from all the things that I make. So I've been looking for a few things that are not too bad for me when I want something else.

Hmm, now I gotta check these out. I gotta be careful on the salt. I've been on a cold cut kick lately. I kinda suck at cooking, but am a whiz at re heating. lol
