What lunch bag do you use?
We do. Part of the issue is I have ten hour-long appointments in a row, so I literally don't have time to run back and forth to the fridge, especially if I have any intakes. Hopefully, once internship finishes I'll be able to have a less crummy schedule. I almost always have to keep my bag by my desk if I want to eat at all, a few slow bites between clients. That's internship; my regular job is in crisis intervention which is worse. If there's an emergency we can't leave to go get something to eat, which is an issue because there is crappy food everywhere.
For being in healthcare, people sure eat horribly - the former pre-op me included. I basically keep bags of celery, avocado slices, and cucumber to munch on which helps me avoid the 1000 pounds of cupcakes, donuts, and cookies that are everywhere. Drug reps and their food are evil.
My old lunch box was white and was given to me by a friend in pre-med. It says: "human organ for transport." I didn't think about that the first day of my clinicals. Definitely, had some amused (and perplexed) coworkers. Heh.
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

$10, had it for about 3 years with no issues, no damage and no wear. I tote it everyday!
I use a gallon ziplock bag with a reusable frozen blue ice. I can never hold on to anything fancy, it ends up at my husbands work, or in the car, or lost at kids school or whatever. So I keep it simple. :)
