I want to eat...help
My program was really strong on limiting my eating to 3 meals per day. the rationale was to set the habit of eating only that often. I did follow this for the weight loss stage, and it was challenging. Looking back, I might have added a snack which would have made it much easier. I'd suggest low carb healthy veggies for snacks. They have few calories and can be satisfying. I make a broccoli slaw with a yogurt dressing that I really enjoy. (recipe on the recipe forum)
Ironically, when I went to maintenance, I added a 4th meal to get the extra calories in. This worked better for me than adding cals to my usual 3 meals. I don't think the snack would have hurt the weight loss process. But its probably best to follow your program and talk about alternatives with your NUT.
Good luck with your weight loss journey.
