What's on the menu today?
Hi everyone! It's a beautiful day here in WA. There's a little carnival going on that I think I'll take my kiddo to. I'm sure some small part of me will be crying inside as I pass by the funnel cakes and corn dogs, but I think I'll survive :-)
M1: Quest Banana Cream Shake with PB2 thrown in. This combination gets 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up from me.
M2: P3 pack
M3: beef jerky and maybe some carrots and guacamole if I'm still hungry
M4: chobani greek yogurt
M5: Laura's lean beef hamburger patty
W: on track

E: Hopefully a walk in the evening
M1: Egg bake cup w/ some salsa
M2: Some shredded chicken thighs w/ little shredded cheese and bacon (I cant stand how it smells/tastes for some reason!)
M3: Pack of roasted/salted almonds
M4: will be my protein shake (Isopure + almond milk)
M5: parmesean crusted pork chop (I'm super excited for this!)
W: On track, I'm at around 53oz so far
V: yup
E: none, just normal life walking... cant wait to get into the gym (I average almost 2mi a day walking around at work, though)

How do you make your egg bake cup? My husband is still on liquids, but when he's onto soft foods, I bet he would like that.
