8 months post op today!
Congrats on a job well done. It takes WORK to lose that much weight. It doesn't just happen! Be proud of yourself and celebrate how far you've come. KNOW with the depth of your being that you can make your goal of 170, but it will take work. Commit and don't be afraid of the hard work to come.
