this is it.......it seems like yesterday I was saying......3 months out????? and now I'm headed to surgery first thing in the morning.

For a major surgery its actually a cake walk. Better (less pain) than my shoulder surgery!

Good luck! My husband and I had surgery on Friday. It all went well. A little sore and trying to get protein and water in.

Good luck! Remember to sip sip sip. And get up and walk. And use pain meds while you need them and stop when you don't!

8/22/2016 Lost 60.1 since surgery. Lost 78.2 overall.

Goals: 1)Get under 300 - done! Yeah! 2) Get under 280 (Yeah met this on 8/10/16) 3)Get under 268 (stay tuned!)
