6 months sleeversary!
Today, exactly 6 months ago, I embarked on a life changing journey. It has not been an easy journey by any means, but it is worth all of it. The struggle to lose weight is becoming harder, lots of stalls and frustration but I keep plugging away, hoping the scale will keep moving. 6 months, 80 lbs down and hoping for 60 more until I reach my goal.

You look awesome and I bet you feel even better. I'm amazed now when I can cross my legs and tie my shoes without holding my breath. Like you - this is a hard journey but the rewards, large and small are so worth it.
