Hi All,
I hope you had a nice holiday weekend. I went to a party yesterday, and got seduced by the deserts, so its back on track today.
Breakfast - salmon
lunch - chesseburger pie
dinner - buffalo chicken
vitamins - good
water - good
exercise - lots of walking - trying to burn off some of those excess carbs from yesterday

Hi All!
I hope everyone had a great weekend. I worked all weekend. Ugh! I worked 32 hours between Monday and Thursday and then I was on-call from Friday through Sunday and ended up working 35 hours over the weekend! Crazy busy, and I guess I am a glutton for punishment!
My menu is still the same. Day 39 of liquids, another Ugh! Six more days after today. I finally get to start pureed foods next Tuesday 6/07!

Exercise - Heading to the gym tonight for cardio and weight training
B-yogurt with walnuts

l-3oz of chicken with some greens - feeling too full, should of eaten only half
s-skipping - due to full feeling
d-hard boiled egg and smoothie

I had a really good weekend and hit almost 8 miles each day! Got lots accomplished and ate good.. (Still early out so haven't gotten into bad habits!)
B: Greek Yogurt with Granola
L: Subway Steak Meat with Cheese, little spinach
D: Not sure yet, depends on hubby
S: Jerky, Cheese stick and Bombay Spice CCrunchy Chickpeas (YUM!) First time I tried those
W: on track
V: 1/2 in other half later
E: been walking a lot today but I'm trying to get in 7.5 today so I can end my month at 110 total miles!
If not though I will be happy that I tried!
