Hi Monique, Sorry I tried to respond to your post privately, but it kept deleting when I tried to send it. So here is what I do almost daily, so unless I veer from this I don't count calories everyday ( I counted it up once, I think it's around 700 calories)
1) Every am 1 scoop unjury protein powder usually mixed with cold coffee on ice
2) 1.5 ounce protein(chicken, pork, beef ,egg or any type of meat available) a few bites of veggies. Some people say no veggies but I think it makes me feel better and is more satisfying.
3) 2 string cheeses, or 2 boiled eggs, or one of each
4) same as 2
5) same as 2
I eat 1.5 ounces of protein 3 times per day, instead of more protein less times per day, because if I have more than that at once it makes me uncomfortable and queasy
64 ounces of fluids per day. If I meet my protein goals for the day I sometimes add a cup of soup in the evening.
I use a Recumbant bike or walk for exercise, I need to be more constant on this one.
