lunch2 / snack - philly cheese steak sloppy joes
dinner - atkins beef stroganoff
vitamins - good
water - good
exercise - maybe walking, maybe a day off

Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday. I am stuck at work today for 12 hours but being that I work in a Emergency Room I walk a lot so I am getting all my 10,000 steps in today for sure. I was running a little late this morning and packed my lunch real fast.
B - Egg with a slice of cheese
S - Premier Protein
L - Sliced ham and turkey
S - String cheese lowfat
D - 2-3oz. of chicken
If I want a late night snack I'll go for some lowfat cottage cheese.
V - Done
W - Already 34oz.
E - walking...walking...walking
