Not seeing any change
I only lost 10 pounds my first month. Your body is just probably catching up with what just happened plus all the fluids they pump into us at the hospital stays in our system awhile (so I've been told)...Your doing great thus far.

First of all, you do not have much to lose, so try to think about percent lost. Also, you are a revision from band to sleeve and some revisions seem to lose more slowly. Keep following your plan. I think you are doing great!!

I had my surgery on 5/4/16 too!!! I gained weight when i came home from the hospital due to all the fluids being pumped in me. I have lost 16lbs( but i have more weight to lose than you do) i think 8lbs is great, at least you are losing. Try not to compare your weight loss to others, everyone loses at a different pace!! You are headed in the right direction!! Keep it up.
