Stressing out
Your probably gaining muscle mass and we all know muscle weighs more than fat. Maybe the scale isn't moving but I'm sure your body is still changing and toning.
OK, this is one of my biggest pet-peeves. A pound of muscle weighs EXACTLY the same as a pound of fat. Muscle is more dense and takes up less space, but a pound is a pound, is a pound.

I would not lose weight at 1200 calories per day. I tried to keep my calorie intake under or around 1,000 per day during weight loss. Now that I am in maintenance I aim for 1200 to 1500. 1200 is a little low for maintenance, but it helps balance out the occasional cheats.
best wishes,

You are eating too much. Eat fewer calories. Also, you are not burning nearly the calories you think you are. I wish we could all burn hundreds of calories at each workout, but we do not.
Try dropping your calories to under 1000 a day, up your protein, lower carbs, and increase your water.

If you haven't lost any weight in 4 weeks then you've stumbled into maintenance. As you lose weight you have to cut back on the calories, bummer right?!?, it's just how it is.
Exercise is great for the body but it won't accelerate weight loss. I bike ride almost every day but whenever I get above 1000 calories my weight loss stops., & it didn't matter how far or how hard I rode. I have to keep it closer to 800 to get the scale to move. It sucks, but it is what it is.

Talked to my nut and ahe said 1200 is where she wants me and weighed myself today.....down 4 pounds.....it was just a stall.....ahe said due to make exercise and job type (not a sedentary job...average 5-7 miles of walking just at work) I need to eat that much plus the 80 grams of protein a day.....she looked at my meals and I am not getting the 80 grams of protien......I also have to say why does everyone assume I am doing something wrong and are accusatory thatI am eating wrong.....this will be me last post to this forum....you all are too judgy.
You asked for opinions and people gave their experience. That is not being judgey..... it is the experience of most people on this Board. Nut are not always right, or have good advice for Bariatric Patients. Doesn't mean you have to take the opinions....

Yep. Over 8 years here watching others crash and burn while I maintain my weight loss gives me the right to my opinion.
Good luck.
