What cha eating today, VSGers? - Friday
Hi Everyone,
I hope you are all having a good day, and planning a joyful spring weekend! We are having a family reunion at my son's home. I am looking forward to it.
I had my 3 year post op appointment, and I weighed exactly what I weighed last year. (Happy dance) I got asked to speak at the WLS general info meeting next month. I feel honored to do so, and I am looking forward to it.
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - greek chicken with Kalamata olives and tomatoes
snack/lunch2 - turkey breast fillets - these are easy and are surprisingly good. I bought some turkey breasts cut thin for scaloppini, and I just sauted them in olive oil with a healthy sprinkling of salt and pepper. Quick, easy and tasty...
dinner - chicken and broccoli au gratin.
vitamins - good
water - good
exercise - walked some, but I'm feeling low energy today...
So What cha eating today?

This has been a hard week for me, I have been so busy that I have not had time to cook or go to the grocery store and I did not plan any meals, I have been relying on protein drinks and bars. Will go grocery shopping tomorrow.
B: scrambled egg whites with cheese
L: No carb tuna melt-only ate half and a quest bar
D: Quest bar
Snack: 1/4 cup of peanuts
Water: good
Vitamins : good
Excerxise: great! did a spinn class today, it was really hard but lot's if fun.

Late to the game, but here's what I had... My mom is visiting from the Midwest.
B: string cheese
L: about 2/3 of a bunless bleu cheeseburger. I ate 4 French fries
S: Ellenos Greek yogurt (half of a small passion fruit flavor)
S: premier Protein with 2 shots espresso
D: 1/2 size Green Goddess salad at Panera. Could only eat about 2/3 of it
S: 2 no sugar added fudgsicles
E: walk with my mom
V: on track
W: low :-(
