What cha eating today, VSGers? - Tuesday
Hi All,
I'm still working on losing those last two pounds to get me back to goal weight. I'm doing well on the program, but terribly slow on the scale.
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch- chicken and broccoli casserole
snack/lunch2 - broccoli slaw or crack slaw
Dinner - beef stroganoff
vitamins - great
water - good
exercise -walking
How about you? How's it going? What cha eating?

E: Want to walk, but really rainy. Today is day 2 back to work full-time and I have a Support Group meeting tonight, so maybe no walk today. :(

B1 - my little guy woke up at 5 AM and I couldn't go back to sleep because I felt hungry. Ate a string cheese
B2 - 3 oz cottage cheese
L - hb egg mashed with mayo and dill relish
S - Premier Protein with double shot of espresso on ice
D - tilapia cooked with 1 t olive oil, and 1 t tartar sauce
S - 2 sugar free fudgsicles
V - on track
W - on track
E - walk late tonight when my husband gets home. Planning to do lots of yard work today as well

Struggling to eat today. Have to figure out a way to get down at least 25 more grams of protein before bed, and bed is in 30 minutes. Way too full to eat at the moment.

L: 2 strawberries, Detour smart bar, .5 ounce cheese, hard boiled egg
S: fibergourmet cinnamon crackers
D: flat iron steak salad (3 ounces steak or so), fibergourmet cinnamon crackers, half bag lays bb1 backed chips (vending bag)
Latte with 6 ounces 2% milk
Missing gallbladder continues to mess with the digestive system.
Ugh. My weight is Ok though. Sitting at 183 today. (Doc wants me between 180-195.)
