ENERGY
Me too. I'm a week behind you. I do okay as long as I get a full 8 hours of sleep at night. That didn't happen for me 2 nights in a row, and this morning I was so tired I let my kid play with the iPad for 3 hours this morning while I intermittently napped on the couch. I'm hoping this improves as the weight comes off.
I'm not doing quite so awesome at hitting goals(close tho!), but I'm also 5 weeks out and pretty constantly exhausted.
It ain't just you :)

High Weight 376, about a year before program. I gave up diet pop(and all pop), dropped 30 pounds without trying, and kept it off. Now convinced Carbonated Beverages. Are. Evil.

It may be because I was older when I had surgery, but it took me months to get my energy back. I think our bodies need a lot of time to heal - longer than we think it should require. I'd suggest just being patient and respect what your body needs. You'll get back to normal energy and perhaps even better in time.

I also think it has to do with our bodies and how everyone is different. I am five weeks post op tomorrow and I feel like I have more energy then I did before surgery! I do notice though that by the time the evening comes I am more tired if I had a very busy day. Yesterday I started my day out with a 2.5 mile walk for juvenile diabetes with my family and then drove two hours to a nephew's birthday party and then two hours home. I got home and my husband had started our "Sunday" home project early. He was tearing out our flower bed mulch and edging to be prepared with new mulch and edging. I asked him how I could help and he wanted me to finish mowing the yard and he would keep working on moving the retaining wall blocks. By the time I got done mowing the back yard and started working on shoveling mulch I could barely lift the shovel. My 10 year old daughters were lifting more mulch in their shovel then me and they helped carry the retaining wall blocks! Out of the four of us I was the only one who was completely whiped out at 7pm and ready for bed!
At my one moth post op appointment last week my surgeon looked at my blood work and told me that my B12 was pretty high and told me to stop taking the B12 and they woul recheck it in a couple months. I think I have more energy then most because my body carries more B12- even pre surgery I had more energy then most. I am 34 so I am sure my age plays a part in feeling like I have more energy also!
Hang in there I am sure your energy will come back soon!
