So...what are we eating today?
You guys! I hope I'm not stepping on toes to start this thread today, but I really miss it when its not here. I like seeing what other people eat - gives me ideas and helps me stay on track.
B - 1/3 c. cottage cheese
L - 2 oz shrimp with 1/2 T ****tail sauce
S- double shot of espresso on ice with a Chocolate Premier poured over top
D - ham and cheddar roll ups with mustard
S - 3 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
W - behind, but I am working tonight and usually do well with drinking fluids there, so will hopefully catch up
E - Pilates video. Yesterday I did 17,000 steps between mowing the lawn and my walk, so will take it easy on that today
V - none yet, I think I start soon. We'll see at my checkup tomorrow.
I'm not as good as I should be about posting my daily food, but I try at least a couple of times a week.
B: Home made yogurt
L: chicken and prosciutto salad with pesto
S: Home made beef jerky
D: BBQ chicken with cauliflower and asparagus
S: Yogurt with blueberries
W: Lots
V: on track
E: more than 7 miles walking with my hubby today. It was awesome!
5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
