Guys how much water are/were you drinking post op 4 weeks?
seems everyone has their own tolerance of the water from what I've seen. I am 5 days out today and getting in between 40 and 60 oz. Depends on the day. Good luck

I'm at 4 weeks today and it's all I can do to get 48oz per day(1.2L), and I'm really trying.
With the way this month has gone, the only way I've been getting thru it is by resolving to do the best i can and get help if/when I need it.
Every body is different, heals differently, responds to all this differently. We're not all WLS rock stars... Unfortunately. It'll get better, and stressing out about it makes everything harder, for me at least.
Do your best, but be honest with yourself if you're actually doing it :) And if it doesn't get better soon, holler at your surgeon's office!
Good luck!

High Weight 376, about a year before program. I gave up diet pop(and all pop), dropped 30 pounds without trying, and kept it off. Now convinced Carbonated Beverages. Are. Evil.
