I'm part of the deflation nation now. The "girls" went from vacationing down south, to moving there. Heavy or lighter, still saggy, just deflated & saggy. Plastics is definitely in my future.

Mine turned into flappy little dog's ears.  Used to be a 42 or 44D, now a 34 or 36C. I was 60 when I had WLS, that probably had something to do with it. No plans for plastic surgery.

OMG, this is the funniest post I've read!  The one good thing about deflated boobs for me is when I went for my first mammography and it didn't hurt at all when they squeeze them to about a inch.  And I agree get some good bras.

They're much more wrinkly now :( I went from a 44H/I to a 38F with the 155 lbs. I have lost so far and I definitely have some skin rippling that can be noticeable when I bend a certain way. Overall though, like others have mentioned, a good bra helps a lot, and adjusting also helps them look smooth and not like tube socks. ;)

The best way to perk up the girls -- short of plastic surgery -- is with a good bra. Here's an old thread with lots of good information:

this is always my response to the boob dilemma....until plastics, if that is your goal...go to a SOMA store and your deflation and side boobs will appear completely different.  Worth every penny!!!

My girls were the first to go! Ya ever heard of a sock with coins in the toes? That's what they look like now. I went from a Triple E to a C cup. Most of that being skin and not breast tissue. I'm actually more of a B but I have to much skin spilling out of the cup. Not pretty. Excess skin is a HUGE ISSUE don't let ANYONE tell you it's not!

I started at a 46 overflowing DDD/F, I kept the DDD for almost a year and a half, just going down band sizes. Then it seemed all of a sudden I went from 38DDD to 36/C/D. Just had lift/augmentation will see where I end up.
